I decided to skip the pasta/pizza for once and make myself a healthy dinner :D Humongous plate of salad and fresh fruit for desert. I may or may not have a huge bar of Toblerone as a back up desert... :D By the way, I've been trying to experiment a lot with avocado during the last months, but it always ends up tasting plain and boring, do you have any suggestions? ♥Update: Just so I'm all honest with you guys, after this I still felt hungry, so I had a huge garlic bread, then I ordered pizza, then I ate half of my Toblerone bar. I guess this healthy thing just isn't me.

ReplyDeleteMash the avocado and eat it with mexican tortilla and maybe veggies like tomato !
ReplyDeleteTry mixing the avocado with lemon and garlic, and the mush it together and on toasted dark bread. Yummy!
ReplyDeleteI always flavor my avocado with lemon(juice) and lemon pepper. You could also eat it with prawns or in a salad. :)
ReplyDeletei see that you are still addicted to chopped mango! haha. Do you like balsamic vinegar? i usually cut half an avocado, poke holes with a fork, pour a few drops of balsamic vinegar and just spoon it out of its "shell" :)
